Terms of Use
Two documents, one for each role.
Last updated Version 1.1 · Effective September 10, 2026
VerifyLocal accounts are either a Business (a venue running campaigns) or a Creator (a person filming, amplifying, or editing). Each role has its own Terms of Use, agreed to at sign-up. The document you accepted — identity, version, and timestamp — is the definitive record. Questions: support@verifylocal.ai.

How agreement works
- You accept the Terms for your role by clicking I Agree when you create your account. That click is your electronic signature, and the recorded acceptance (identity, version, timestamp) is the definitive record.
- A business that also creates content uses a separate Creator account and accepts the Creator Terms for it. A Creator account may not run campaigns.
- We may update either document with at least 14 days’ notice in-product or by email for material changes. A campaign is governed by the Terms in effect when you committed to or accepted it; fee, ledger, licence, pay and ownership rules never change retroactively for a committed campaign.
