Paid local video jobs. You choose which.
Local businesses need video. Bid on the jobs you want, shoot on site, and keep your copyright. We put real ad money behind your post, shown to people who live nearby.
Good work, 800 views.
You made the good stuff: real shots, real edits, real hours. It got 800 views while a shaky clip with a trending sound got 400,000.
That isn’t a talent gap. You don’t have a content problem, you have a distribution problem, and the platforms don’t measure what you’re good at.
Other platforms sell ads against your work. We buy ads for it.
Real ad money behind your actual post.
Not a repurposed banner. Your post, shown to people within about 7.5 miles of the business. You never touch an ad manager.
On Performance, we measure who showed up.
On Performance campaigns we stop judging the work by views and look at the business’s own sales against its normal week.
You keep the audience.
The people the ads reach live nearby. The ones who stay with you after the campaign are a local audience you didn’t have before.

- SettlementPerformance pay
Whichever is better: the results your video drove, or what your own audience drove. What you’ve already been paid counts toward it.
You don’t have to pick a branch or work out which one you’re on. We run both and pay the better one. Settlement comes after the campaign’s 14-day window and the business’s sales reporting, so performance pay is the part that waits.
Written down before you shoot anything.
Two revision rounds, at most.
The system enforces the cap. After two rounds the business approves or declines; nobody can ask for “one more small change” forever.
Selection isn’t payment.
The business chooses which videos run. You’re paid the same whether or not yours is picked: you did the work either way.
Your work stays yours.
On filming jobs, copyright never transfers. Businesses license your video; their use expires and your ownership doesn’t.
The one practical tip we can give.
Pick businesses with a reason to advertise. A restaurant with a slow Tuesday has one. A one-chair barber booked out three weeks doesn’t, however good the video.
Most creators won’t do this. It means showing up in person, shooting on site and standing behind the work. That filters hard, and it’s why there’s room.
